Today's task: Don't forget to take a break from being healthy!
Why: Being healthy should become something that you WANT to do, you ENJOY doing, and RESPECT the hard work because of the benefits. But you do need to "fall off the wagon" once in a while to truly appreciate it. Even through the beauty of parenting, you still need to get out of the house once in a while to let loose. Even if you are working your dream job, you still need a vacation once in a while.
To make this a permanent solution: Practice taking breaks in a way that doesn't hinder all the work you put in. Schedule a cheat meal every few weeks where you don't count the calories or macros, you don't order the sauce on the side, and you get to eat dessert. Skip your walk and watch an extra episode of your favorite TV show once in a while. Just don't get sucked into slacking altogether!
