Day 21 - Forget Resolutions, Create Permanent Solutions

Get ready...we're focusing several days (out of the only 10 days left!) on what you're eating...what's stocked at your house, what you're eating out, what you're cooking for yourself, etc. 

 

Today's task: Pledge to skip the drive thru/pickup meals for the next 10 days. 

 

Why: I feel like this is obvious, but...ew. Most drive thrus don't even serve anything that resembles real, quality food. However, they all are full of preservatives, chemicals, and several other people's germs. I know it's convenient, but one of the hardest parts to healthy eating is the inconvenience of prepping, planning, and cooking your own meals. This is step one and we'll ease into the rest. You can make it 10 days!

 

To make this a permanent solution: Make it 10 days. Then try to go one more day. Then one more. And on, and on.
