Day 20 - Forget Resolutions, Create Permanent Solutions

Today's task: Implement breathing exercises into your day.


Why: Stress relief, stronger core, stimulating or relaxing (depending on the pattern), more self-awareness, stronger lung capacity, disease prevention, illnesses due to aging prevention, etc. 


To make this a permanent solution: Put a few minutes into breathing every, again, we're setting a reminder, putting it into our dailiy routine, making it a habit.
