Today's task: Do nothing for 2 minutes.
Why: Let's de-stress for 2 minutes. The picture below lists side effects of stress and we all know stress isn't healthy. For this challenge, however, we need this because when we are stressed, we drop things off of our plates. The first thing to go is usually our health a.k.a. all these little steps we're taking to improve ourselves.
To make this a permanent solution: Schedule a time, set a reminder and everything, every day. This site (do nothing for two minutes) is great to use.
