Day 7 - Forget Resolutions, Create Permanent Solutions

Today's task: Write down everything you eat today. 


To make this a permanent solution: This is step one in a multi-step process, so include everything, even the foods you may be ashamed of eating, include how much, even if writing "an entire party-size bag of M&Ms" embarrasses you, and keep this list somewhere you can reference back to it later.


Why: The picture below says it all. We need an accurate journal WRITTEN to assess what our bodies are carrying around. We'll use this list later in the month.
