Today's task: Cut out sugary drinks like soda, tea, sports drinks, flavored water, juices that aren't really fruit fuice, etc.
To make this a permanent solution: Replace your usual drink with water - buy yourself a nice, sturdy reusable water container as a treat and save on money and plastic water bottles.
Why: Sugary beverages easily pack on so much sugar/carbs into your day that could be avoided. Not only is sugar just plain bad for you (more on that later) but you don't need to spend all of the carbs your body needs on just 32 ounces of an unneccessary drink. You won't be able to burn off all of your consumed calories, therefore, you pack on body weight.
