Mark Gray has come a long way! Over the last several months, his posture improved, his strength increased, and his coordination with olympic lifting drastically improved. He just recently finished 3rd place with his partner, Pablo, in a team fitness competition! He works out pretty much every day, he keeps a good attitude - even when technique becomes frustrating - and he knows when to take it light. He's fun to coach and to workout with and we're so glad he's not only stuck with his fitness, but found ways to push himself to accomplishments every day!
