Natalee Smith shows her dedication by coming in to the gym pretty much daily & showing up to events and competitions to take awesome pictures. She puts her overall health first and modifies movements when her body isn't quite 100%, which has helped her work through injuries wihtout interruption to her training. She comes early and stays after to mobilize and often comes into the gym to blow off steam after a bad day--but you'd never know it because she always cheers on everyone in the class & keeps a positive attitude, even when those double unders literally smack her in the face!
