What We Do
Our training aims to make daily life easier and more enjoyable. You deserve to take a flight of stairs without losing your breath, carry all your groceries in one trip, and have enough energy to play with your kids at the end of a long day. We want you to be the healthiest version of yourself!
Each day, we feature a different workout that combines a mix of functional movements. In a one hour class, your coach will lead you through a warm-up, thoroughly explain the workout and movements, and make any individual adjustments you may need. There is one workout written on the board, but each person in class may have slight variations to meet their individual fitness needs and goals.
How Do I Start?
Connect with us through our contact form. We contact you shortly after for a brief phone consult. If we are a good fit, you come in for a more in depth chat to decide on the best path for you. Your training begins with one-on-one personal sessions, ensuring all of your individual needs are addressed. When ready, you get to choose a membership that includes personal sessions as often as you and your coach agree best suits your health.
